terms “User”, “you” or “your” shall refer to such
entity. If you do not have such authority, or if you

use the Website and Services. You acknowledge that

Operator, even though it is electronic and is not
physically signed by you, and it governs your use of

– UKEduEnglish informs that we are not an employer or
single enterprise of any students, mentors or
teachers.UKEduEnglish is not responsible for the
behaviors or performance of any teachers or
students. Each mentor or student is completely
responsible for their own acts and behaviors.
UKEduEnglish can not guarantee that any lesson
completed with the students or customers
satisfaction.We connect the students who wants to
learn English with the language mentors of
UKEduEnglish.
– UKEduEnglish has its right to make changes on the
packages ,services and prices which is indicated on
the website anytime.
– UKEduEnglish accepts and undertakes that ıf the
user can not join the lessons or use the services
because of the technical defect or force major
conditions , we can cancel the lesson only once and
book it another time. You need to send an e-mail to
info@ukeduenglish.com or write us from the live
chat.
– By agreeing and accepting the terms and conditions
of our website, the users declares that they give
correct information about themselves during the
membership process to the website.UKEduEnglish may
terminate the membership in case of misinformation
or violation of the contact.
– In our online English education , the only purpose
is to practice English and improve speaking
skills , vocabulary. The service shouldn’t be used
for any other purposes.
– The users can see the available time of the
teachers or language mentors according to your time
in our website, www.UKEduEnglish.com ,when you pay
for the packages. You decide and choose the time of
the lesson yourself.That means you are supposed to
join the online lessons on time .If you can’t join
the lessons on time , UKEduEnglish doesn’t
guarantee any compensate lesson. It is the user’s
responsibility to join the online lessons on time
– The users accepts that during the online lessons ,
he/she can not act and speak against the person
rights , pornographic manner, aggressive etc….The
user can not behave rude or racist and hate manner
to the teachers. The users can not share such
contents or record the online lesson. It is the
user’s responsibility if he/she does illegal
actions or behave such manners. In such a case ,
UKEduEnglish authorities may terminate or block
your account and has right to share such
information to the legal authorities and use its
legal right.
– UKEduEnglish is an online English platform. In
order to join the lessons , you need good internet
connection and services. These should be provided
by the users.We are not responsible for any
deficiency , failure ,error , poor internet
connection and delays sourced from it.
– The students aren’t allowed to use the website ,
our social media accounts or the online lessons for
commercial purposes. You can’t advertise any
goods ,products or services on the website, social
media accounts or during the sessions . Also, it is
not allowed to demand any user’s or teacher’s /
language mentor’s personal information such as email
, address, number etc…
– The students or the users accepts and agrees that
UKEduEnglish is the only authority to reject ,
refuse or remove any part of its content and has he
right to terminate or cancel to access its services
anytime for any reason without a notice.
– In order to evaluate the user’s performance , the
teachers / the language mentors may take some notes
during the sessions .This is for improving our
services and offering better quality , informing
you about your progress on the process of learning
English.
– The website and the platform may contain contents ,
links or resources to the third-party websites that
are not controlled by us. We are not responsible
for the accuracy , availability of such websites,
contents and services. When you access a thirdparty
website or content from our website , you
know and understand that UKEduEnglish Privacy
Policy can not be applied to the use of such links,
sites…
– UKEduEnglish can not be kept responsible for the
disagreements or arguments between the users and
users or mentors.
– You know and agree that you will pay the fee of the
online English package. It is charged from the
user’s credit card . It isn’t renewed
automatically.The purchased time and subscription
packages on the website are non-refundable. The
payment occurs through a third – party secure
systems ( e.g., stripe or MeritunPay…) .
UKEduEnglish doesn’t have any access to your card
information.

– In order to use our services, you must sign up and
create your account from our website with your email
address and password .After you decide and pay
for the subscription , you can join the online
lessons through your user page or you will receive
an email that informs you about your lesson time
and the attendance links to the lessons.
– UKEduEnglish digital learning platform uses the
third part links or applications for you to join
the online lessons such as Zoom , Skype ,
etc..Before the online lessons , it is advisable to
download the application that you need to join the
online classes.
– UKEduEnglish may record the online sessions for
some purposes such as commercial , advertisement,
security …. We may use theses videos in our
websites , social media accounts with your
permission.

Accounts and membership
If you create an account on the Website, you are
responsible for maintaining the security of your
account and you are fully responsible for all
activities that occur under the account and any other
actions taken in connection with it. We may monitor
and review new accounts before you may sign in and
start using the Services. Providing false contact
information of any kind may result in the termination
of your account. You must immediately notify us of

breaches of security. We will not be liable for any
